FAQs (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

To become a solicitor in UK, you will need a law degree or any other degree and pass the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE).
The SQE is the centralised assessment for anyone who wants to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales. It is part of a new, four-stage route to becoming a solicitor, introduced in 2021. To qualify through the SQE route you'll need to: Have a degree (or equivalent) in any subject. Pass SQE1 and SQE2 assessments*

You are eligible to become a solicitor via the SQE route with a degree in any field. It is no longer necessary to have finished an undergraduate or postgraduate course in law.

However, most people fear that it would be difficult to pass the SQE without any prior academic study in law and SQE preparation study. This is the reason we started SQE Prep course; to help anyone who has interest in becoming a solicitor in UK pass the SQE exam easily. Want to register for the SQE training course, contact us here
